Y Sports Leagues provide an introductory, fun experience for children ages 3-18 years old. We're always in need of Volunteer Coaches to help teach sportsmanship, teamwork & specific skills to the kids! No experience necessary, we will provide you with practice plans. Volunteers must be 14 or older. We recommend that teenagers pair up with a friend to co-coach a team. Interested in working with babies, toddlers, and young children? Child Watch is for you! We’re looking for volunteers to help us take care of our little ones while their parents work out. Contact Mary at millerm@ymcarichmond.org to set up your days and hours.
